Summary :

Mansion Interior refurbishment.

Improvement of window insulation and restoration of sandstone façades.

 

Developments:

Interior renovations of the house on four levels. Transformation of bathrooms and restoration of protected heritage elements.

All glazings have been renovated and optimized for better overall thermal insulation of the building.

Creation of a double-flow on the ground floor.

The energetic cleaning of the windows consisted in a replacement of the simple glass by a double insulating glazing. The airtightness has been considerably improved with the addition of seals on the edges of the opening parts.
